Workshop Title: ResearchOps and Collaborative Approaches to User Research

Outline: By participating in the process of UX research, you learn a lot more than by just getting the results handed over to you. In Schibsted, we use collaborative methods both for analysing in-depth interviews and for observing and analysing usability tests. These efficient methods are great to try with your team if you are a researcher, and valuable if you are a designer or PM wanting to better understand research results. This workshop will be very hands on, and by the end of the day you should be able to collaborate with your own team on research analysis.

The talk/workshop will be based on this recently published article: https://notes.uxinsight.org/article/collaborative-interview-analysis/
