Presentation Title: “The 10 success factors of innovation at large organisations, using the principles of Design Thinking”
Outline: “The 10 success factors of innovation at large organisations, using the principles of Design Thinking”. Each of them is linked to a challenge/barrier organisations face in order to make innovation into a successful strategy and operation. Based on working within the front-end and the back-end of innovation, the principles will be demonstrated with a case study (some LEGO ones). It will focus on the culture, the organization, the people and the process and tools used to make innovation efficient and effective. Many of the principles are rooted in Design Thinking as the lever consumer centricity as well as an iterative, risk-taking approach.
