ResearchOps, DesignOps, & DevOps in Digital Transformation


The 2nd DesignOps Global Conference took place in May 2020 as an online virtual event as we pivoted to a streamed video experience due to the COVID pandemic.

The DesignOps Global conference is for design leaders, researchers, developers, practitioners, product managers, service innovators, software developers and business leaders that are defining the way we scale research, design, and deliver new products and services in the experience economy. 

The title for the 2nd DesignOps Global Conference was ‘Closing the Loop’ 

The theme was focused on research, strategy, design and delivery, working in distributed teams and how to collaborate to deliver new products, services and digital transformation at speed and scale.

Given the challenging situation and the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID 19) on travel and social gatherings, we pivoted to a live video streaming event online! The ‘virtual conference’ was huge success and an opportunity to show and demonstrate that Ops can support a remote first and distributed model of learning, working, networking and socialising!
