Presenter Profile: Silke Bochat is a Design Executive with +15yrs international experience working in FMCG and non-FMCG corporations such as Colgate, PepsiCo, Mars, Vodafone or Beiersdorf. Over the past years, she has grown into an effective change agent weaving, implementing and scaling design and consumer-centric innovation into organizations and building, leading and transforming teams, capabilities and corporate culture. She is a strategist who has gained diversified design and business acumen throughout her career, having worked for both, agencies and large, ambiguous corporations, at headquarters and in regions, reporting to different functions from R&D, Marcom, Marketing to Supply Chain. Her experience includes multi-billion global icons as wells as small regional brands, mono-product as well as complex portfolios up to 10 categories and 1,600 SKUs, driving CX across design disciplines, functions and multiple channels whilst covering the entire design process from FEI to production.
