Presenter Profile: Kate is a digital designer with over 30 years of industry experience. She is the Head of Design at ThoughtWorks Australia, a global software consultancy. Kate leads ThoughtWorks Australia’s Experience Design team, a group of around 20 designers in 3 offices across Australia. She is also passionate about ethical and accessible design and mentors teams on adherence to inclusive design practices. When she is not advising and guiding clients on customer experience and product strategy, she mentors startup founders, is an organiser of Sydney’s Design Thinking meetup group and enjoys speaking and participating at conferences.
