Speaker Profile: Katherine is head of design at Co-op Digital, leading the design of products and services across the group. With headquarters in Manchester, Co-op is almost 4 years into a digital transformation. Their mission is to create products and services that provide commercial return and community benefit.
Collaboration with colleagues enables agile and iterative ways of working across the group. A focus on service design enables Co-op to deliver products that work for both the customer and the business.Katherine’s background is in product design, specialising in visual and interaction design. Before the Co-op she ran a service design agency called Play, and worked on Sport and iPlayer at the BBC.
