Presenter Profile: Adam is an Associate Creative Director of Experience Design at PublicisSapient. He is currently a creative and experience lead working in Financial Services with one of the UK’s big 4’ retail banks. 

With over 20yrs+ experience he has built and led multi-disciplinary design teams and believes in the power of co-creation, design thinking as fundamental to delivering human centred experiences and design ops as key to leveraging the value of design within organisations.
