Douglas is the Creative Director of Publicis.Sapient in charge of championing service design driven business transformation. Prior to this, we was Head of Design at EY Seren where he led Service and Experience design teams to shape customer experiences and lead  transformational change within both public and private sector organizations. He has over 25 years experience in defining and shaping digital products and solutions for leading global corporations. He has produced hundreds of successful web and mobile products and services throughout his career, including the first and longest running wearables site to use biometric data, the Polar Personal Trainer, and has embedded design-driven innovation in companies such as EDF Energy Blue Lab, Warner Leisure Hotels and in Nationwide Building Society, where he currently spends most of his time.
