Daphne’s role as a #Design Practice Manager is to enable others to focus on solving real customer problems, while maintaining quality and customer centric design rigor in a fast paced digital delivery environment. She coaches Design teams from everything on more effective ways of working with their partners in Product and Technology teams to implementing full scale Agile transformations.

Formerly based in Sydney she is now a contributing member of the UX and DesignOps community in NYC

In her current position at CapitalOne, Daphne influences Design teams to foster happier, healthier designers through clear program and portfolio management in an Agile environment that’s changing #banking for good.
