Closing The Loop!
ResearchOps, DesignOps, & DevOps in Digital Transformation
The theme for this year’s Conference in ‘Closing the Loop’ where teams in research, strategy, design and delivery work remotely, in distributed teams and collaborate to deliver new products, services and digital transformation at speed and scale.
Given the challenging situation and the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID 19), we are planning to live video stream the conference! The ‘virtual’ conference is an opportunity to show and demonstrate that Ops can support a remote first and distributed model of learning, working, networking and socialising!
Travel restrictions may well be lifted by May 28, 29 and 30 so this is a way of expanding the reach of the conference! We think it will be fun!
The DesignOps Global Conference is the preeminent global conference for #DesignOps #ResearchOps #CreativeOps #ContentOps #StudioOps #BusinesOps & #InnovationOps for professionals working in digital transformation.
DesignOps and the 'Ops' Enterprise - Changing Cultures & Developing Practices
How can ‘Ops’ principles enhance the way people in organisations and enterprises work together to deliver better products, services, experiences and outcomes. How do organisations adopt Ops practices and scale design? How does Ops support better internal work flows, facilitate agile ways of working, increase adaptability and streamline processes? How does ‘Ops’ help organisations develop relevant and disruptive products, better services and customer offerings within more complex digital ecosystems?
How does DesignOps help teams connect, co-create and contribute to product and service innovation and deliver value and enhance end-user experiences. What type of practices and principles we need to adopt to support innovation. How do the different guilds of ResearchOps, DesignOps, DevOps and StudioOps support people, teams and the organisation to work together? How do we close the loop between Strategy, Research, Design and Development.
